In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, access any product, or place any Wager on the gtr11 Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. gtr11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending Wagers voided, and any balance returned in accordance with Clause 11.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The gtr11 Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. You must have a valid Indonesian residential address and Indonesian banking or e-wallet credentials to register an Account. gtr11 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law without appropriate licensing.
2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) gtr11 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus balances in accordance with Clause 11.
2.4 Personal Use Only. gtr11 Accounts are for personal recreational use only. You may not operate an Account on behalf of a third party, syndicate, commercial organisation, or for professional gambling purposes. Systematic wagering strategies that exploit Platform mechanics or Bonus terms are prohibited.
2.5 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own wagering decisions. If you are experiencing gambling-related difficulties, you are encouraged to use gtr11's Responsible Gaming Tools as described in Clause 7 before continuing to use the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To register a gtr11 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile number, and a chosen username and password. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gtr11 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. gtr11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gtr11 support immediately via live chat or email at support@gtr11.pro.
3.3 Email Verification. Following registration, you will receive a verification email from gtr11 to the address provided. You must complete email verification before your Account is fully activated. gtr11 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality until verification is complete.
3.4 KYC Verification. gtr11 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your membership. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method you use for deposits. KYC documents are processed securely and used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC where required.
3.5 Account Approval. gtr11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of an Account does not constitute a waiver of any right to subsequently apply these Terms or to close an Account found to be in breach of them.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gtr11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
4.2 Currency. All deposits, Wagers, winnings, Bonuses, and withdrawals on the gtr11 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gtr11 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. gtr11 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which gtr11 accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your gtr11 Wallet within ten (10) seconds of confirmed receipt. gtr11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or e-wallet service interruptions.
4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by gtr11 within five (5) minutes of submission during standard operating conditions, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been used for at least one prior deposit on your Account, unless gtr11 support approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
4.6 Withdrawal Verification. gtr11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or compliance with applicable fraud-prevention obligations. You will be notified promptly if your withdrawal is subject to a hold and provided with the steps required to resolve it.
4.7 Source of Funds. By depositing funds on gtr11, you confirm that those funds are obtained from legitimate, lawful sources and that you are not using the Platform to launder money or circumvent any applicable financial regulation. gtr11 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
4.8 Inactive Account Balance. An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or Wager activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gtr11 may deduct an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month from an inactive Account's Wallet balance until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. You will be notified by email prior to any administrative deduction.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses and promotional offers made available by gtr11 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses awarded by gtr11 are subject to a wagering requirement before the Bonus amount (and any winnings generated from Bonus funds) may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each Bonus; unused or unmet Bonuses expire at the end of their validity period without replacement.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the gtr11 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino tables, and selected slot titles may carry different contribution rates. The contribution rate applicable to each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. gtr11 reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, if gtr11 determines in its reasonable judgement that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; exploiting technical errors or misconfigurations in Bonus mechanics; placing hedged or low-risk wagers designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; or using any automated tool or bot to place wagers.
5.5 gtr11's Discretion. gtr11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. gtr11 also reserves the right to decline to offer any Bonus to any individual Member at its sole discretion.
6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A Wager is accepted and binding only when the gtr11 Platform has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number or equivalent confirmation. gtr11 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any Wager at any time without providing a reason, including on the basis of stake size, suspected Bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns.
6.2 Sportsbook Markets. All sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifying, AFF Cup, badminton, MotoGP, and esports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the relevant event page. In the case of postponed, abandoned, or void events, gtr11's market-specific rules will determine whether wagers are settled as void (stakes returned) or remain open for re-scheduling.
6.3 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets are updated in real time. A Wager placed during live betting is final once confirmed. gtr11 is not liable for any delay between the actual state of play and the odds displayed as a result of connectivity or data-feed latency.
6.4 Obvious Errors. gtr11 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (for example, odds resulting from a data-feed error, a human input error, or a system fault that would be obvious to a reasonable bettor). gtr11 will notify affected Members and return their stakes promptly.
6.5 Casino & RNG Games. All casino, slot, togel, and video poker game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available within each game's information panel.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. gtr11 may impose a maximum single-transaction payout limit for specific products. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are disclosed in the relevant product's rules section. gtr11 reserves the right to withhold amounts exceeding disclosed payout limits, with excess amounts voided and any applicable stake returned.

7.2 Available Tools. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the gtr11 Platform — including but not limited to the gtr11 brand name, logo, graphical assets, website design, software, text, images, data compilations, and game content supplied by third-party studios — is owned by or licensed to gtr11 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gtr11 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without gtr11's prior written consent.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content supplied by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Your use of those games is additionally subject to the terms and conditions of those studios as applicable.
9.1 Data Collection. gtr11 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and responsible gaming compliance. 10.1 Platform Availability. gtr11 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond gtr11's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtr11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of wagering opportunities resulting from Platform downtime.
10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. gtr11's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gtr11 Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. gtr11 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay results from events beyond gtr11's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, civil unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions.
10.5 No Warranty. The gtr11 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gtr11 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond personal online betting entertainment.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your gtr11 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at support@gtr11.pro. Any withdrawable balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days of your closure request being processed.
11.2 gtr11-Initiated Closure. gtr11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where gtr11 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, Bonus abuse, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.
11.3 Effect of Closure on Balances. Where an Account is closed by gtr11 due to a breach of these Terms, gtr11 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance as compensation for any loss, cost, or damage suffered by gtr11. In all other cases of gtr11-initiated closure (for example, where gtr11 withdraws from a market), any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Member.
11.4 Survival. Clauses 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitations of Liability), 12 (Governing Law), and any accrued payment obligations shall survive the termination of these Terms.
12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised commercial law principles, with reference to the jurisdiction in which gtr11's operating entity is registered.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and gtr11, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the parties may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits gtr11's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
12.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.
13.1 Right to Amend. gtr11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the gtr11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1 before the amendments take effect.
13.3 Version History. The date shown in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting support@gtr11.pro.
